Programmes
We have established a strong reputation for delivering high quality, large scale, and local skills development programmes for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Along non-formal learning, we reach and engage young people who do not traditionally have access to personal development opportunities.
We work with school, local authorities; national and international partners and young people through Albania to ensure all our programmes meet their changing needs. We use this insight to build high-profile partnerships to co-create and deliver innovative and accessible opportunities for young people to empower them to engage with active citizenship, employment, volunteering or training.
Campaigns
We campaign for local and national youth issues through influencing policy and strategic partnerships. One of our main ongoing campaign is Social Contract, with youth priorities.
The Belong Collective aims to be a cross sector network, which is focused on connecting practitioners to share learning, challenges, good practice, and new thinking about youth loneliness.
CYP has joined with different networks across national and international level to maximize the youth involvement in the decision-making.
Training and support events
CYP provide free support, training and networking opportunities for youth to empower and provide to young people equal access to opportunities.
Collaborate with us
We partner with donors, organisations and agencies who are committed to increasing opportunities for young people. We have a strong record of accomplishment of mutually beneficial partnerships with a range of NGOs, local authorities and donors across different types of collaborations.
All our partnerships provide opportunities for those who support us to get involved – starting with ways to fundraise, to skills-based volunteering, and expertise support.
